    Terms & Conditions

    Please read these terms carefully before using the Call Bid platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    Section 1

    Use of the Platform

    Call Bid provides a marketplace where service professionals ("Users") can purchase inbound calls and leads within specific geographic areas, including by ZIP code and city.

    By using this Platform, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete business information
    • Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes
    • Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or abusive behavior

    Call Bid reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    Section 2

    Lead Purchasing & Bidding System

    Call Bid operates a dynamic bidding system where Users can:

    • Set a price per call (bid)
    • Target specific ZIP codes or cities
    • Compete for incoming leads based on bid and performance factors

    All pricing data, recommendations, and traffic estimates provided by Call Bid are informational only and do not guarantee lead volume, conversion rates, or business results.

    Users are solely responsible for managing their bids and budgets, evaluating lead quality, and determining the value of each call. All purchases of leads or calls are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

    Section 3

    Payments & Billing

    By using the Platform, you agree to maintain a valid payment method on file, authorize Call Bid to charge for leads, calls, or services rendered, and pay all applicable fees in a timely manner.

    Failure to make payments may result in account suspension or termination.

    Section 4

    No Guarantees

    Call Bid does not guarantee:

    • The number of leads or calls
    • Conversion rates or revenue outcomes
    • Exclusivity of leads unless explicitly stated

    The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

    Section 5

    User Conduct

    You agree not to copy, scrape, or extract data from the Platform; reverse engineer or replicate the system; interfere with the Platform's functionality; or use the Platform to compete directly with Call Bid.

    Any misuse may result in legal action.

    Section 6

    Intellectual Property

    All content on the Platform, including but not limited to system logic, pricing models, data structures, and design and branding, are the exclusive property of Call Bid and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

    Section 7

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Call Bid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities; or issues arising from lead quality or customer interactions.

    Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

    Section 8

    Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Call Bid from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your use of the Platform, your business practices, or any violation of these Terms.

    Section 9

    Modifications to Terms

    Call Bid reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

    Section 10

    Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
